AstroMirror is a digital subscription. Access to Premium features begins immediately after payment.
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial Premium purchase if you have used fewer than 20 AI questions. Send your request to refunds@astromirror.app with your account email.
Renewal charges (monthly or yearly) are non-refundable. You can cancel any time from Manage Billing to stop future charges; your Premium access continues until the end of the paid period.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe within 5–10 business days.
