Delete Your Account

Delete in the app

1. Sign in to GitanaAstroMirror (email, Google, or Apple).
2. Open Profile from the navigation menu.
3. Scroll to the Delete account section at the bottom of the page.
4. Tap Delete account, type DELETE to confirm, and confirm once more.

Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out. This action cannot be undone.

Extra step if you used Sign in with Apple

If you signed in with Apple, after deleting your GitanaAstroMirror account also revoke Sign in with Apple access in your Apple Account settings: Settings → [your name] → Sign-In & Security → Sign in with Apple → GitanaAstroMirror → Stop Using Apple ID.

What is deleted

Your login account, profile and settings, birth data, saved people, chat conversations and AI answers, saved analyses and reports, and your subscription record in the app.

Subscriptions

Website (Stripe): an active web subscription is cancelled automatically when you delete your account.

Apple App Store or Google Play: store subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple or Google and are not cancelled automatically by deleting your GitanaAstroMirror account. Cancel them before or after deletion here: Apple subscriptions · Google Play subscriptions.

What may be retained

Payment and invoice records that we are legally required to keep for accounting and tax purposes are retained by our payment processor. All ordinary personal app data is removed, and any remaining backup copies are purged within 30 days.

Cannot access the app?

Email gitanastrotaro@gmail.com from the address registered to your account and ask for deletion. We verify the request and delete the account within 30 days.
