Delete Your Account

Delete in the app

1. Sign in to GitanaAstroMirror with your email and password.
2. Open Profile from the navigation menu.
3. Scroll to the Delete account section at the bottom of the page.
4. Tap Delete account, type DELETE to confirm, and confirm once more.

Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out. This action cannot be undone.

What is deleted

Your login account, profile and settings, birth data, saved people, chat conversations and AI answers, saved analyses and reports, and your subscription record in the app. If you have an active paid subscription, it is cancelled as part of the deletion.

What may be retained

Payment and invoice records that we are legally required to keep for accounting and tax purposes are retained by our payment processor. All ordinary personal app data is removed, and any remaining backup copies are purged within 30 days.

Cannot access the app?

Email privacy@astromirror.app from the address registered to your account and ask for deletion. We verify the request and delete the account within 30 days.
