Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect

We collect: your email address and password, or the identity details shared by Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple (name and email, which Apple may relay through a private address); birth data — the date, time and place you enter for yourself, and for other people you choose to save (used to calculate charts); your questions, attached images and AI responses; and subscription status. We do not receive your full card details. We do not access your device GPS or location: the birth place is text you type, used only to work out coordinates and time zone for the chart.

2. How We Use It

To provide personalized astrology interpretations, maintain your account, verify and manage subscriptions, and keep the Service secure. We do not sell your data and we do not use advertising trackers.

3. Service Providers

• Supabase (via Lovable Cloud) — authentication and database hosting.
• Lovable AI Gateway — AI processing of your questions and chart data to generate interpretations.
• Google Sign-In and Sign in with Apple — optional sign-in methods.
• Stripe — payments for subscriptions bought on the website.
• Google Play Billing / Google Play Developer API — purchase and verification of subscriptions bought in the Android app.
• Apple In-App Purchase / StoreKit / App Store Server API — purchase and verification of subscriptions bought in the iOS app.
• Open-Meteo Geocoding — the city or place text you enter is sent to resolve coordinates and time zone for chart calculation.
• Google Fonts — used to deliver fonts. Technical request data such as your IP address may be processed by Google when fonts load.

Each provider processes data on our behalf or under its own privacy terms.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored in an encrypted database with row-level security ensuring only you can read your own profile, birth data, chats, and reports.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

You may access, correct, export or delete your data at any time. Contact gitanastrotaro@gmail.com to exercise these rights.

6. Account Deletion

You can delete your account and personal data yourself at any time: sign in, open Profile, scroll to the Delete account section, and confirm. Deletion is immediate and signs you out. A website (Stripe) subscription is cancelled automatically; Apple App Store and Google Play subscriptions must be cancelled in your Apple ID or Google Play account, because they are managed by those stores.

If you cannot access the app, email gitanastrotaro@gmail.com from your registered address and we will delete the account within 30 days. Full instructions: astromirror.app/delete-account.

7. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, all personal data is removed within 30 days, except records we or our payment providers must keep for legal or accounting reasons.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage for authentication only. No advertising or tracking cookies.
